New Orleans DSA has created neighborhood circles for members in good standing (MIGS) representing geographic areas where members spend most of their time (home, work, or other). These self-organized circles will be used for communication and are encouraged to coordinate around social gatherings, events, and issues nearby their physical proximity.

Neighborhood circles will abide by the chapter's code of conduct and guidelines for respectful discussion, and are subject to DSA’s harassment and grievance policy
